SITE UPDATE

the activity check has ended and things are being cleaned up as you read this. as was previously announced, with shayla stepping down from the site, there has been a bit of a staff change. HOLLY has been added to the staff as a moderator, and ASHLEY has been promoted to admin. we're all very proud of the two of them. please. make sure to log into all of your accounts, daily. carman has posted a link to the 'global log in' feature proboards offers, so it's easier to log into all your accounts! just keep us looking active. you don't even have to do anything on all of your accounts (though of course we want you to stay active with them, sillies), but please, just log them in. if you've been deleted in the activity check, harper is very very sorry! just pm one of the admins and re-register with the same name as you had before. we'll get you back up : )

now, things are going to be a little different. time will be done a little differently from now on. instead of certain months in themselves, there will be a season. each season spans three months, mind you. if the season is 'winter', for example, your threads can take place anywhere from late november into about march, when it would switch to being spring. this gives a little more leway for specific plots, and events, for example. as long as your partner knows when the thread is, there's not much of a change. every time the season changes, there will be an update on the plot in the form of the daily prophet, as well as a student update, with important highlights such as babies being born, weddings, engagements, and a bit of gossip. NO. this is not gossip girl. it will be done by a collumist who does not remain anonymus. note that penelope and belle aren't actually played by anyone. they are "played" by the staff as a whole. everything going on for a while will be highlighted in these. there will also be a site update, like this, to inform everyone of what's going on, site wise. : )
