this is just a note to everyone that applications should be done in seven days. two weeks is too long, though, if the reason is valid, then a three day extension will be allowed. and now. on to exciting news. we've added a new application format. instead of just having the third person, there is a new interview style application that you can use instead. but don't get the wrong idea. the interview application will still need to be the same length as the traditional one, but it's a different format, which may make it easier and more fun to fill out. so. go to town!
